What does “3D printed” mean?
Each piece is built up layer by layer from durable, lightweight material — no moulds and no minimums. It gives every item a subtle, handmade texture and lets us personalise and print on demand.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. We print each order individually, so please allow a short production time before dispatch (see our Shipping page for current timelines).
Can I personalise a product?
Many of our pieces can be personalised with your own text. On those products you’ll see a “Customize it” box — type your text and preview it live before adding to cart. We print exactly what you enter, so please check spelling and capitalisation.
What material are pieces made from?
Our items are printed from sturdy, lightweight PLA-based material suitable for home and desk use. For planters, we recommend a liner or saucer for indoor plants.
How do I care for my piece?
Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, dishwashers, prolonged direct sunlight and high heat, which can affect the finish.
